研究方向

细菌生理DNA硫修饰

细菌DNA上发现的低丰度修饰。与化学合成的硫修饰结构一致。低丰度的修饰却完成非常复杂的生理功能,如限制-修饰,抗氧化功能等。

硫修饰当前的科学难题及意义

硫修饰DNA,常用于寡核苷酸药物。寡核苷酸药物的硫修饰是高丰度修饰。细菌生理DNA硫修饰是低丰度事件。细菌硫修饰如何利用低丰度的硫修饰,实现相应的生理功能,相关原理的阐明,可能为反义核酸药物设计提供新的线索。

研究方向

1. DNA硫修饰酶学机制和抗氧化生理意义探究;

2. 天然重要药物合成机器的冷冻电镜单颗粒技术结构解析和生化机理研究。
